Paris - States that Declaration of Adherence of 5 March was made in order to ratify the Declaration of Adherence of 4 November 1919, and to maintain the right, already expressed, of pronouncing on any reservations which America might make. In view of the rejection of the Treaty by the Senate, presumes the Chilean government will make a definite declaration with regard to his matter.
