Lane, and the Secretary-General regarding the requirements of the Union of South Africa Immigration Law to which refugees would be subjected (Immigrant Regulation Act no22 of 1913), registration of aliens in said country, its acknowledgment of Nansen passports. The file includes samples of emergency certificates of nationality issued by the Union of South Africa government.
