Tower (Report No. 124) - Transmits copy of despatch No. 122 to the President of the Council of Ambassadors, reporting that a meeting took place on 10 August at which the General Trades Unions of Danzig discussed the question of a boycott of Poland. Gives translated text of Resolution then carried, pledging the workers not to forward war material for the use of the Poles against the Russian proletariat. File 1920.08.13
