Armenia - Mr.Frick, General Delegate of the International Committee of the Red Cross - The delegates of Keimal Pasha who requested the help of the International Committee of the Red Cross, proposes - with the authorization of Dr.Hansen - to take advantage of the opportunity to get in touch with the authorities currently in power in Angora [Ankara] and to send an experienced man on the spot. A thousand pounds sterling would be needed. The International Committee of the Red Cross is ready to donate 3,000 Swiss francs.
