            This file contains correspondence with benefactors, the Geneva Office, etc. on the subject of donations and the conditions for receiving them according to the League's assembly (1923). The Geneva Office requests to be informed of the donations and that accounts be kept separately from administration budget. The economic crisis in Austria is such that lotteries are not considered by the Delegate in Vienna as a means to raise funds.
