File mainly contains correspondence with the French "Service de la Main d'Oeuvre et de l'immigration agricole" relating to the transfer of Russian Refugees from Austria to France (transportation, employment, etc.).

Documents concerning the transfer of Russian refugees residing in Yugoslavia (Egypt, Malta, Touzla) from the financial responsibility of the British government to that of the League of Nations; further disposal of this responsibility by the League in favour of the Yugoslav government or completely (by gradual reduction in payment of doles, capital grants and by urging the refugees to seek other means of subsistence, for example, through work); possibility of a transfer of some Russian refugee agriculturalists to Austria (memorandum, correspondence, notes).

This file contains various correspondence on the Vienna Russian school, education of Russian children in Austria, correspondence exchanged with Geneva office in view of obtaining funds for a Russian school, concern of the Delegation in Constantinople that the Bolsheviks arrive and force repatriation of children to the U.S.S.R.
