This file contains correspondence and minutes of the meetings of the Committee regarding namely the possible liquidation of the Delegation due to the ILO's inability to financially support it from 1926. The delegate, Mr. Reymond, communicates the position of the Russian organisations in this respect to the Geneva office (Mr. T.F. Johnson). Subsequent correspondence and minutes show that the delegation pursues its activities, Dr. Heimroth succeeding to Mr. Reymond.
