The delegate, Mr. Reymond, communicates the position of the Russian organisations in this respect to the Geneva office (Mr. T.F. Johnson). Subsequent correspondence and minutes show that the delegation pursues its activities, Dr. Heimroth succeeding to Mr. Reymond.
