In this file may be found publications, reports, press clippings, and other documents having to do with the status of minority groups in Hungary and minorities of Hungarian origin in other countries. The majority of documents in this file are concerned with the question of the rights of the Jewish minority in Hungary, particularly in regard to the "numerus clausus" law; however, the file does also contain documents related to the status of Hungarians in Romania, Serbia, and Czechoslovakia.

This file contains documents produced by the Minorities Committee between 1930 and 1931, including reports on the protection of minorities, League of Nations resolutions, meeting minutes, and correspondence from delegates regarding the petitions they reviewed.
