Part of 2 - Refugees Mixed Archival Group (Nansen Fonds)

This file contains correspondence informing the ILO of the destitution of invalid Russian Refugees in Bulgaria principally owing to the suppression of subsidies of the Red Cross and requesting support on their behalf. The opening letter is signed Edmond Boissier, ICRC Vice-president. The ILO Director, Mr. Albert Thomas, offers unofficial support as the ILO's official responsibility is to place refugees.
