This series contains certificates for Dr. Collip throughout his career including his certificates from the University of Toronto, many honorary degrees, certificates and memberships from various universities and organizations as well as certificates for prizes and awards. Institutions include, Harvard, University of British Columbia, University of Manitoba, New York Academy of Medicine, Hippocratic Society, McGill, University of Edinburgh, and the Royal Society of Medicine. The series also includes the certificate of Ray Vivian Ralph, Collip's wife, from the University of Toronto.
