No. 77) - Transmits copy of despatch No.84 to the President of the Council of Ambassadors, stating that the Polish Government at Warsaw have no intention of establishing a central postal administration in Danzig. Attaches translated copy of report by Oberpostdirekktor Storm on the postal, telegraph, and telephone services in Danzig, in relation to Art.104 of the Peace Treaty.

Postage Stamps for the Free City of Danzig - Sir R. Tower (No. 141) - Transmits copy of despatch No.135 to the President of the Council of Ambassadors reporting authorization of issue of set of postage stamps by surcharging the word Danzig on the old German stamps. The sale of these stamps chiefly for collectors, is satisfactorily increasing the revenue of the Danzig Post Office.

Control and administration of postal services in Dantzig - Transmits copy of despatch No.73 to the President of the Council of Ambassadors, announcing departure of temporary Oberpostdirektor Storm who acted for Herr Beerman during the latter's illness. Herr Storm has drawn up a report on the postal, telegraph, and telephone services in special relation to Art.104 of the Treaty of Versailles, a copy of which will be sent when translated.
