    Sub-series consists of correspondence received by Jane Bigelow from the NDP, various local organizations, other public officials and concerned citizens. Letters address various topics such as the organization of events, decisions made at city hall and various social and political issues. Sub-series also includes files of correspondence received on various topics such as the NDP seminar “The Challenge of Municipal Politics” and the London Regional Art Gallery as well as letters of congratulations following her election and letters of regret on her loss in the 1978 election. Majority of the records relate to Jane Bigelow's time as mayor and controller, however, there is also correspondence from later years congratulating Jane Bigelow on receipt of various awards and thanking her for her public service.
