Series consists of records related to the development, construction, architecture, staff activities, collections, and operations of the D.B. Weldon Library at Western University. Records include planning documents and space allocations studies, correspondences between Chief Librarian Robert E. Lee and various stakeholders throughout the development of the library, memos, and pathfinders. Photographs and colour slides of the interior and exterior of the library, in addition to photographs of staff, exhibitions, and events are also included. Other graphic materials include original signage, floorplans, and various ephemera. News clippings and articles, primarily from Western News and The Gazette, related to events and achievements related to the library are also present.
