Imprisonment of Doctor Wagner - Sir R. Tower (Report No. 127) - Transmits copy of despatch No. 174 to the Foreign Office, London, reporting continued imprisonment of Dr. Wagner, although he is now better treated. The Polish judicial Authorities at Thorn have offered (unofficially) to release him on bail on payment of 100,000 marks, German currency. Sir Horace Rumbold has again been asked to endeavour to secure Dr. Wagner's unconditional release.
