Defence of the territory of the Free City of Danzig - Captain Penido (Permanent Armaments Commission, Paris) - States that air interviews took place in Paris on 13 December between General Haking, High Commissioner of Danzig and himself. Transmits copy of his letter to General Haking emphasizing the main point of their conversation, namely, that the defences of the Danzig Territory must be undertaken by Poland in order that Poland may be assured of an outlet to the sea.

Defence of the territory of the Free City of Danzig - Mr. Perlonski (Polish Delegation in Geneva) - Transmits letter dated 12 April from Mr. Askenazy to Mr. da Cunha, President of the League of Nations Council stating that General Haking's Report on this question has not yet been communicated to the Polish Government. Deprecates this fact in that certain alleged quotations from the Report have appeared in the Press and aroused considerable feeling in Poland.
