Sir Reginald Power - Danzig Correspondent of the Deutsche allgemeine Zeitung - Article in the Deutsche Allgemeine Zeitung of 23 November on the personality and aims of Sir R. Tower, who though at present only Temporary Administrator may be looked upon as the future Permanent High Commissioner for the free city of Danzig.
