Tower (no. 137) - Transmits copy of despatch No. 131 to the Conference of Ambassadors, stating that on receipt of Allied instructions, the Captain of the "Gueydon" was informed that there was no longer any reason for delaying the unloading of the ship; that the Federation of Railway Employees had intimated that they had misunderstood the position and would no longer oppose the transit of any goods in any direction; and recording his statement to the Staatsrat, explaining fully the present situation.
