Imprisonment of Doctor Wagner - Sir R. Tower (Report No. 115) - States that as a result of the telegram sent to the League of Nations instructions have been given by the Polish Government to the Public Prosecutor at Thorn that Dr. Wagner must be tried at once, or else released. It is announced in the Danzig press that Dr. Wagner has been allowed to communicate with his family.

Ammunition for Poland at the Port of Danzig - Sir R. Tower (Report No. 124) - Transmits copy of despatch No. 122 to the President of the Council of Ambassadors, reporting that a meeting took place on 10 August at which the General Trades Unions of Danzig discussed the question of a boycott of Poland. Gives translated text of Resolution then carried, pledging the workers not to forward war material for the use of the Poles against the Russian proletariat.
