Tower (Report No. 70) - Transmits copy of despatch No.77 to the President of the Council of Ambassadors, reporting application by the manager for assistance towards the upkeep of these works. Sir R. Tower advised that certain vessels, coming under Art.107 of the Peace Treaty, be put up for sale in the open market and the proceeds used for purchase of raw material and upkeep of the dockyard.
