Private manufacture and traffic of arms and munitions "C.692.M.278.1923.IX" - Foreign Office, London, states that in a note dated the 27th March, 1920, Prince Firouz, the Persian Minister for Foreign Affairs, notified the French government of the Persian government's decision to accede to the Arms Traffic Convention of 10th September 1919, and the French Chargé d'Affairs duly notified the British government of this accession in a note dated the 3rd May 1920.
