Reduction of national expenditures on armaments - Under Secretary of State for External Affairs (Ottowa) states that the Canadian Government has already effected substantial reductions in the aggregate on military, naval and air expenditures and hopes during the next two years to make further reductions, though these must be subject to the reservations embodied in the Assembly's documentattion (Council Document C90.M49.1921.IX).
