Private manufacture and control of the traffic of arms and ammunition "C47.M.21.1924.IX; C.33.1924.IX; C.T.A.386" - Prince Arfa-ad-Dowleh, Persian delegation to the League, reminding of his letter of the 18th September 1923 in which he protests, in the name of his government, against the dispositions of Article 6 of the Treaty of St Germain which hinders the importation into Persia of the quantity of arms necessary for the security of the country, and observes that Prince Firouz, during the adhesion of Persia to the Convention on Trafic in Arms, made a provision according to which the Persian government will themselves ensure that illict traffic in arms in the zones delimited.
