A League of Hungarian National Minorities has been formed by representatives of various races in these districts. The League has petitioned against separation from Hungary, and for a plebiscite. Nicolson (No. 76) - Reports agreement of Supreme Council to proposal of French Delegation that an Inter-Allied Military Mission be appointed and dispatched to these districts to assist in maintaining order there.
