Joseph William Browning graduated with an M.D. from The University of Victoria in 1867.
He received his registration with the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons on Sept 11 1868.
As of 1937, he was practicing in the London area. (Taken from the Ontario Medical Register, 1937).
