File contains various correspondence, receipt, account statements and lists of Refugees who received a grant or a loan from the Nansen Delegations in various countries. The file is made of several subfolders (one per Delegation).

The file contains correspondence and copies of the Fund appeal in English and French, an extract from the Minutes of the 6th meeting of the 63rd session of the Council dated 23 May 1931 on "Appeal for a Memorial Fund for the Completion of the Humanitarian Work of Dr. Fridtjof Nansen" (English and French).
