Constitution of Danzig - Secretary General - Record of interview with Mr. Askenazy, Second Polish Delegate to the Assembly respecting the Danzig Constitution. Mr. Askenazy is of the opinion that the League of Nations guarantee of the Constitution should precede the coming into force of the Convention between Danzig and Poland. He expressed the wish that a Polish representative should be heard when the Constitution is discussed at the Brussels Council Meeting and was willing that a Danzig representative should be given the same opportunity.
