As part of the programme carried out in Bogota (Colombia) to commemorate the eleventh anniversary, on 10 December of this year, of the proclamation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a round-table was held at the Universidad de America.
Some of those who took part in the conference as seen here - (left to right): Dr. Silk, representing the Universidad de America;Dr. Diego Uribe Vargas, Professor of International Law at various universities in Bogota; Dr. Manuel Antonio Rueda-Vargas, Chairman of the Colombian Committee for United Nations; Dr. Luis Perez Arteta, TAB resident representative in Colombia; Dr. Guillermo Nannetti, newly-appointed Director of International Relations of UNESCO; Dr. Fernando Gomez-Latorre, member of the National Academy of History; and Dr. Alberto Diaz Luna, member of the Ministry of Foreign Relations.
