Constitution of a Russian refugees Consultative Committee to the Shanghai Representation of the Nansen Office. C. Metzler is the President of the Russian Emigrants' Committee [Association]. The Chinese Representation is liquidated in 1934 and the Representative of the Office in China, Cuenod, terminates his services with the Office in June 1934. In 1936, C. Metzler was acting as Honorary Representative until the nomination of A. Loonis as permanent Honorary Representative. The file contains correspondence, curricula vitae.
