This file contains correspondence between the Japan Embassy in Paris (Bureau du Japon à la Société des Nations) and the Secretary-General, Sir Eric Drummond, regarding Japan's adhesion to the Council's resolution on the legal situation and passport issue (13 June 1922), its adhesion to the identity certificates system (25 June 1923) and its enforcement on 1 Feb. 1924 of this system.
