Liquidation of Property of Ex-Enemy Subjects in Territories placed under Mandate - Prime Minister of New Zealand - In reply to S.G.’s letter of 24th December 1920 informs that all businesses which belonged to any German Company in Western Samoa were liquidated under local ordinance of the Military government in 1914, and further that the New Zealand government has retained all landed property situated in Samoa, which belonged to any German company or national.
