This file contains correspondence of the Delegate of the High Commission for Refugees in Belgrade, Mr. Yourieff, regarding a request for financial assistance for developing activities of the Société cooperative russe "Mutualite pour Secour" in Yugoslavia. Documents included: general plan for colonization, budget plan, maps of Vardarska banovina, Statute and Rulebook of the cooperative society "Mutalité pour secours" (in Serbian).

This file contains documents relating to the Greek Refugee Loan from 1923 to 1925, including drafts of protocols, reports and memoranda relating to the settlement of refugees in Greece and the creation of a Refugees Settlement Commission, with the public Statements and Declarations relating to the issue. Correspondence with Mr. Charles P. Howland, the chairman of the Refugee Settlement Commission, also included.
