This file contains various petitions of Bulgarian minorities in Romania and the respective observations of the Romanian government. It also contains various working papers of the minorities section of the League of Nations. The file is divided in 6 sub-files: 1) Petition of the "Union of Bulgarians of Bessarabia in Bulgaria" concerning the population of Bulgarian origin living in Bessarabia. Observations of the Romanian government; 2) Dobroudja - Petitions of Professor Kyroff, Sofia, November 1927, June 1928, and October 1928. Observations of the Roumanian government. Petition of the "Comité exécutif de l'Emigration dobroudjaine en Bulgarie" of 12 October 1928. Observations of the Roumanian government; 3) Petitions of Mr. Stoyanoff and Mr. Gheorgoff concerning the murder of Mr. Christo Stefanoff.
