Yugo-Slav Minority Treaty - Mr. H. Nicolson - Supreme Council on 25 November received Note from the Yugo-Slav Delegation announcing the willingness of their government to sign the Austrian and Minorities Treaties on one condition, which was granted by the Council. The Council accepted proposal of the Drafting Committee that the Yugo-Slav Plenipotentiaries should sign a declaration of accession to the four Treaties signed at St. Germain.
