Procedure in the communication to the members of the League of Nations of petitions concerning the rights of minorities - Mr. Spalaikovitch, First Delegate of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes to the Assembly - Informs that the government of the Royal Kingdom of Serb-Croat-Slovene State wishes to see that the procedure foreseen in the report of Mr. Tittoni dated 22 October 1920 be strictly respected. Adds that the Royal government although not wishing to use the procedure proposed by the Council resolution of 27 June 1921, sees no objection that this procedure be applied to governments which request it - Council Document C.366.M.259.1921.I.

Protection of minorities - Herr Tiedje, Ausschuss fur Minderheitenrecht, Berlin - Understands that a Congress on "Minorities" will shortly be held in Vienna under the presidency of Lord Robert Cecil and Sir E. Drummond. Enquires if this is correct and if so whether his Committee can be invited to send a representative.
