Colban - Minutes attaching cutting from the "Deutsche Allgemeine Zeitung" of 27 September 1919 which states that the School Council of Bohemia is enforcing the exclusive use of the Czech language as the medium between the secondary schools and the State. This decision of the School Council is not contrary to Arts.7, 8 and 9 of the Czecho-Slovak Minority Treaty. File 1919.10.10
