Morocco today signed the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Polotical Rights. The International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights was adopted by the General Assembly on 16 December 1966 and has been in force since 3 january 1976. The International Covenant on Civil and Polotical Rights was adopted by the General Assembly on 16 December 1966 and came into force on 23 March 1976.
