              This file contains correspondence between the Netherlands' legation and the Secretary-General regarding this country's approval of the proposals submitted to the Council on the legal status and issue of Russian refugees' passports, its willingness to cooperate in the execution of the resolution taken by the council; the measures taken by the Netherlands' government in accordance with the intergovernmental conference of 3-5 July 1922 and its enforcement of the identity certificates system from 1 Jan. 1923.
