            V. Kehren was the Honorary Delegate of the High Commissioner for Refugees in Belgium from May 26, 1930. He was replaced by Armand Coubaux in 1932 during six months and then by Mr.Coubaux's son Robert Coubaux. The file contains correspondence between the Geneva Office (HCR then Nansen International Office) and the Belgian authorities, subsequently with V. Kehren, correspondence regarding nomination of Mr. Kehren as "délégué bénévole", prolongation of Mr. Kehren's mission and succession by Mr. Coubaux, budget and accounts.
