Polish-Lithuanian dispute - Norwegian Minister for Foreign Affairs - States that Mr. Schoenfelder, on behalf of the Norwegian government, is about to proceed to Vilna in order to inspect the sanitary conditions of the quarters occupied by the Norwegian contingent, and requests that the Commander-in-Chief of the International Corps, and the local authorities at Vilna, may be advised of Mr. Schoenfelder's approaching tour of inspection.

Polish-Lithuanian dispute - Political Section - Communicates an extract from the "Golos Rossii" of 12 January which states that the Bolshevists are concentrated on the Russo-Polish frontier, preparatory to an attack against Poland, and that the Latvian government has received an official communication from Moscow to its effect that the Bolshevist troops near Latvian territory have been concentrated there with the object of assisting Lithuania against Zeligowski, in response to a request for assistance from Lithuania.
