The Polish-Lithuanian dispute - Lithuanian Charge d'Affaires in London - In response to the Polish proposals of armistice, indicates that armistice exists already, but the Lithuanians are obliged to resist with arms to the Polish attacks. The Lithuanian government protests against the aeroplane raids which bombed Wilkomoz 31 October.
