"Port d'Attache" for Polish War Vessels at Danzig - General Haking, Danzig High Commissioner - Suggests that it would be advisable if the High Commissioner were asked to give a decision "on this point" instead of presenting a "report" to the Council. Points out that a "decision" of the High Commissioner being less final that that of the Council it would be easier to arrive at a compromise which would satisfy all the authorities concerned.
