Luigi Cottafavi, Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva, and Theo van Boven, Director of the Division of Human Rights, this afternoon opened a poster exhibit celebrating Human Rights Day and, coincidentally, the 33rd anniversary of the General Assembl^'s Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The featured posters, illustrating the principles of the Declaration, were the work of Brazilian artist Otavio Roth and were completed 3 years ago to mark the Declaration's 30th anniversary.
