              This file contains correspondence, notes, minute sheets and surveys. The correspondence is exchanged namely between the Zemgor in Prague and the ILO Geneva. There are also letters from the delegate in Prague. The Zemgor requests information and to collaborate with the ILO for the settlement of refugees in Latin America, to be represented in the advisory committee.

              This file contains mainly correspondence regarding a newly created central organ coordinating the relief work. Letters are exchanged between Mr. Schlesinger, the delegate of the HCR in Germany, and Mr. de Watteville, deputy High Commissioner, on the subject of temporary housing for the destitute, and other forms of assistance to the refugees in which coordination with the Russian organisations is required, as well as support from the German government.
