Dr Nansen's relief organisation for prisoners of war in Russia and Siberia during the winter - States that Dr Nemirowsky, Head of the Sanitary Division of the Soviet Mission in Berlin has been assured by Mr Kopp, who recently visited Moscow, that the Soviet Government have no objection to the Y.M.C.A. secretaries entering Russia, to assist prisoners, provided they work with the organisation known as the Nansen Relief.
