Prisoners of War (Finance) - Letter to the Austrian Foreign Minister, Vienna, suggesting that the Austrian Government should agree with the Soviet Authorities that clauses of the Austro-Soviet agreement which concern prisoners maybe allowed to stand, and that clauses which contravene the treaty of St. Germain may be abrogated, as otherwise his (Dr. Nansen) arrangement for using the Relief Credit Fund for the repatriation of Austrian prisoners may be jeopardized.
