Roumanian-Hungarian Question - Mr. H. Nicolson (Report No. 29) - Supreme Council on 19 November decided that if Roumanians accepted the ultimatum, they should be permitted to state their case to the Committee on new States - Generally agreed that articles 10, 11 and 12 of the draft Minorities Treaty might be omitted if Roumanians pressed for this concession.

Roumanian-Hungarian Question - Mr.H. Nicolson (Reports Nos 23 and 26) - Supreme Council on 13 and 15 November considered and accepted draft reply to the note from the Roumanian Government - Roumanian Government is requested to withdraw Roumanian troops from Hungary, to sign unconditionally the Austrian and Minorities Treaties, and to consent to the appointment of an impartial Commission to deal with Roumanian requisitions in Hungary.

Roumanian Evacuation of Hungary - Mr. H. Nicolson (Report No. 91) - Reports assurance given by Mr. Waida, the Roumanian Prime Minister, to the British Delegation in Paris that the evacuation, though hindered by snowstorms, is proceeding - In view of the attitude of the Hungarian Communists it had been found necessary to requisition military material, but it was decided that economic material taken by Roumania should, if required by Hungary, be returned to her.
