Nicolson (Report No. 50) - Evidence produced indicating that Germans intend to nullify the provision of the Treaty for the evacuation of all German civilian officials - Supreme Council decided that no action was necessary at present, as Allied Forces of Occupation would deal with the matter when the Treaty came into force.
