This file contains a League of Nations Council document about Ukrainian minorities in Poland and several working papers of the Minorities Committee. It also contains various petitions about discrimination against Ukrainian minorities in their access to education. The file is divided in 4 sub-files: 1) Petition of a number of members of the British Parliament and other persons concerning the situation of the Ukrainian minority, dated 29 December 1931; 2) Petition of 1 July 1932 from Mr. Pelensky, Deputy, concerning the situation of Ukrainian Co-operative Societies. Observations of the Polish government of 10 February 1933. Petitions of 1 December 1932 and 25 January 1933; 3) Petition of Mr. Roman Suszko, dated November 1931, and concerning the treatment of the Ukrainian political prisoners held in Polish prisons. Relating observations of the Polish government. Petition of Mrs. Rudnycka; 4) Petitions 1) from MM. Zavoritzky and Pidgorodetzky, of Homécourt (France); 2) from the "Ukrainian National Council" in Prague; 3) from Dr. Basile Paneyko; 4) of the Union of Democractic Control; 5) Ukrainian deputies and senators; 6) from Ms. Rudnicka; 7) from Mr. Jaworski.
