Tower (Report No. 108) - Transmits copy of despatch No.146 to Lord Curzon, announcing his proposal to proceed to Paris at the end of August in order to begin negotiations for the Treaty on 1 September; and stating that he has invited Polish Government to send delegate to come to Danzig, to endeavour to come to an amicable arrangement about the former German property. Tower (report no. 138) - Transmits copy of despatch No.132 to the President of the Council of Ambassadors reporting that the Provisional Agreement signed on 22 April 1920 expired on 22 August and has been renewed until 1 December unless the Treaty between Danzig and Poland comes into force before that date.
