Upper Silesia - Resolution of the Supreme Council of 12 August 1921 - Extract from the journal "Le Temps" of 13 August 1921 - The Supreme Council decides, before rendering its decision on the frontier to be fixed between Germany and Poland in Upper Silesia, to submit to the Council of the League of Nations the difficulty attending the fixing of the frontier and asks to kindly make him urgently know his opinion on the route of the line that belongs to the Principal Allied and Associated Powers to establish.
